- To change from one main mode to the next, hold down the pushbutton and turn the pot.
- You will see the name of each main mode in the display.

Once you've found the main mode you want, release the pushbutton.
- The current sub-mode name will flash for one second, followed by data for that sub-mode.
- To change to a different sub-mode, turn the pot without pressing the pushbutton.
- You will see the name of each sub-mode in the display.
- When you've selected a new sub-mode, the its name will flash for one second, followed by data for that sub-mode.
- If you do a short button-press, the name of the sub-mode will be displayed for one second.
- Some sub-modes perform actions, such as resetting the watt-hours. To perform such actions, do a double-click.
